favorite place

I like to visit places that have animals insight or where I am able to interact with them.
So, this weekend I took my boyfriend to The Greater Wynnewood Animal Park. Arriving at the park there were so many BIG cats just a few feet away inside different enclosures with food, water and toys. Being in this type of environment brings so such joy and happiness to me. During the tour we went inside a environment with Large White Wolves  . Once we got inside the enclosure we were able to go over and rubbed the wolves. They real life loved being starched like domesticated dogs.

  1. Hi Andrea! The Wynnewood Animal Park sounds really great; what an experience! For the blog posts, I wasn't sure if you were using voice-to-text, but you'll need to probably actually type the posts to make it easier for people to read, since "real life loved being starched" is hard to understand. There is a step-by-step about how to create the links here for your image sources so that they will be clickable links: Links and Images in Blog Posts. If you can come back and edit this post to create the links and fix up the phrasing, that will be great, and then you'll be ready to use links, images, etc. in your next post for the class.

  3. Brisby, I have visited the Greater Wynnewood Animal Park too! I love it as well. My personal favorite part was the camels. When I went, we got to put a biscuit between out lips and "kiss" the camel. I thought it was so cute and fun, but everyone I told said it was gross. Oh well, it was a great experience! I also liked petting the wolves, they were friendlier than I expected.

  4. I’m so jealous! That place sounds AMAZING!!! I’ve meant to go for a long time but never made the time. You’ve inspired me to plan a trip with my friends.

Did you know Joe Exotic ran for governor? Also apparently his husband accidentally shot himself in the head (according to newsok: http://newsok.com/article/5567445/sheriff-husband-of-joe-exotic-held-gun-to-head-pulled-trigger-thinking-it-wouldnt-fire).

It’s incredibly sad but it also sounds like something straight out of a Cohen brothers film. Life is often stranger than fiction, huh?
