Tech Tip: Twitter

Lets Mingle

Technology is developing each and every day, but the biggest social media that a lot of college students use is twitter. If a student needs to know the news they go to twitter, if they want to vent they go to twitter, and if they want to connect with friends they go to twitter. So, I think next time maybe doing the class and including a project where a student makes a twitter account (private) only for the classmates to look and comment at. I would of enjoyed that simply because it is easy to go to all the different tabs in twitter, direct message, and retweet/retweet with a comment on how a person feel about the tweet. Twitter grows each and every day and us students are so deep in social media, that is a place where we do OUR BLOGGING.

Readin Notes EC: The Rainy Season

Rainy Season 

This story is about a king named Sugriva and he wants to help Rama on a quest but the problem is the rain is stopping Sugriva from keeping his promise he made to Rama. Trying to enter the city he has to wait for the wilderness to clear. In this story the storyline is different from a lot of the other stories i read, but the more i read the more i started to like this one. There was a lot of dailouge in the story between Rama , Sugriva and two other men in the story. I think overall this story meant well and Sugriva was able to help Rama.

Reading Notes Part B: The Story Of A Squirrel

Cute Baby

This story is about squirrel who was playing with a pebble putting it in her mouth and a monkey noticed it and started to make fun or her and told her to stop that before lest a boulder crushed her. This hurt the squirrels feelings so she went to Rama and told after that he fixed the problem and everything was better.

Reading Notes Part A: Don't Look To Close

I think an interesting story that I would read is called "Third Eye". This tale is about Shiva's third eye. This eye has always fascinated people and it stood directionally in the middle of the head. The third eye In the middle of Shiva's head was so powerful it could wipe the entire world out. There was so many assumptions with Shiva that it made it hard for people to even be friends because they were always worrying. This story caught my eye because weird stuff interest me.

I am Blessed

Coming into the last week of this class I feel a sign of relief from not only school, but life as a whole. I have never been this frustrated with school then i have been this year. I think the closer i get to finishing up this four year degree the more overwhelmed I get with life. I fight each and every day to get through the week and try my very best in very thing I do. But somehow there is not enough time for me to do anything in a day. Being in college i noticed the time moves faster than when being in grade school. This semester has not only been overwhelming but it has been one of the interesting times of my life, i have opened a lot of new doors and closed a lot of toxic doors. I hope by this time next year God will bless me with everything I been asking for. But only time will tell. I have learned a lot in this class and I feel like being able to learn in a different way has brought out another side of me I never thought I knew. I could go on and on about how I have changed since this past year, but I just want everybody to know that I enjoyed this class even though I slacked for two weeks I been pushing through this semester and it is slowing coming to an end. I would recommend anybody to take this class simply because the way she teaches this is totally different from the rest of the professors at the University of Oklahoma. This is a new aspect of learning and I think it helps a person grow when it comes to different learning aspect. In a classroom setting it sometimes is harder to learn but being able to learn on the internet and interact with people helps a person grow and help expand their learning aspects in different classroom settings.

Push Through

Coming into this class i thought it was going to be easy with a little bit of work to do. But as the weeks went by I noticed my time management with this course was becoming out of hand and it was getting harder for me to include this class with the rest of my hard classes. this class ask for to much and a lot of the links have me confused on what they are asking of me. but overall I made it through after 16 weeks and I am so happy to almost be done with this semester.

Tech Tip: Canvas Calendar

i think this is a good tool for the class were in and canvas is easy to go through then D2l. but i think Canvas should send us reminderings to our phone when things in class are due because my time managing and reminding that things are due is bad because we do not get reminded. This would help a lot for my connect homework in class because we never get reminded that it is coming up.
